I have an HP photosmart 1215 printer. When I print something, I get a notice that "print cartridge low on ink ". It "ain't so" and it is a pain to have click OK each time. This goes for black & color cartridges. Is there a way to make this stop this nonsense. Thanks in advance for any help I can Get.

I found an ink cartridge and refill supplier that shows a way to get rid of the low ink message. Go to: http://www.atlascopy.com/ Then on the left side click: Knowledge Base. Then scroll down to and click: Resetting Ink levels in HP printers with HP 15, 17, 23, 41, 45 and 78 cartridges. It Works. I hope this will help someone else with this problem.

    Hi wahlroot!

I have only used original HP cartridges on my 930C and it resets the ink level to 100% when a new one is put in.

However, the reading drops quicker than the ink level. When the reading reaches 10-0%, I estimate it to be 1/3 full.

This is possibly a way to increase sales ...... ...... but it makes the tool completely useless.

If you do not use the ink in a certain amount of time you are told the ink is low, when it might be nearly full. Also if you refill the cartridge, you are still told the ink is low. This comes up every time you print. So under these circumstances this works.
