I'm running a 35-user, Win2k Pro network using Office XP Pro. Is there any way that I can disable the user's ability to preview emails in Outlook? I have sent out an email telling everone how to disable the Preview pane, but half of them don't bother and there's always a few who decide they like the preview pane better, so they switch back. Is there some way to prevent delivering the mail to a workstation until it is actively opened?

    I couldn't find anything at M$ knowledgebase...

I'd disable the email accounts to the people that don't understand what you're wanting to do. When they call, you'll have em right where you want them.

As long as the underlying OS is fully patched, there shouldn't be any risks associated with the preview AFAIK...
