I figured out how to do it:

Highlight D drive > Tools > Folder Options > View > Scroll down to UNCHECK Simple File Sharing

D drive > Properties > Security > Add Guest Account > Read and Write (Deny)

D is my total DATA drive. All my DATA is on D. I originally made a tremendous mistake. I applied such to USERS, as I did not see a Guest Account. The security setting of deny Read and Write locked me out. Other than Guest, I was the only user.

I thought by restoring a previous image (from Drive Image) that would free the changes. But the changes were embedded into the D drive. I couldn't access the D drive.

How I finally undid that mistake was with Partition Magic. I converted my D to FAT32. Such lock out is not recognized under FAT 32. Then I reconverted back to NTFS!

The security setting of deny Read and Write locked me out

You may have already reached this decision but for any others who haven't been stung, I strongly recommend that folks avoid setting any permissions to Deny and for pretty much what you ran into.

Remove users from security (but make sure to leave yourself) and you do the same job but in a safer fashion. Deny can reach out and bite you in a hurry.

The problem was that I did not understand the clear notice that if my account could be included in that which was being affected, my account would be included in that denial.
