Resolved Preserving format.

    Hi fellow members, I've been using a few pre written standard replies to help answer some common problems on this site but haven't figured out if there is a way to preserve the formating. I have seen what appears to be pre-written posts from other members so guess somebody knows how to do this.

    I've been using Notepad and MS Word 2010. Copy and paste into a reply and all formatting is lost.
