Need some history. Is this a new install? Or was it working recently and quit? If so what was changed/installed on the system recently?

This was a working server.. there were no additions or subtractions to the hardware or software.. just glitched and would not reboot..

If you have the drive space, try installing a 2nd instance of 2K. Bare bones with no optional features. NTFS. On a different drive/partition than the original if possible but if not, on the same one.

Then you can at least boot up to try some troubleshooting things. First one I'd try is chkdsk /r on all drives/partitions.

The 2nd 2K install is a nice thing to keep handy for emergencies if you do have enough drive space. Otherwise, just delete it after you get the original install fixed.
