prefs.js, Syntax Error????

    This comes up when I want to start Netscape or if I want to check email. It makes me set up my email account every time I restart Netscape! All of my email folders are empty! How do I get everything back? ANd how do I fix this problem so I do not have to set up Netscape every time I want to check mail???

    Jeremy,

    Welcome to the board! Not sure what version of Netscape you are using, but here are some instructions for a possible fix. This fix relates to versions 6.x and 7.x.
