    Is it possible to display a Powerpoint presentation without having Powerpoint on the computer?

    Power Point also has a feature called "Pack & Go ", so you can make a PP presentation and bundle it with a Pack&Go viewer for use on machines that do not have PP installed - no other software required. Nice little feature for burning PP presentations to CD's and sending them to granny.
