Power producer Gold Problem

Hi. I have Cyberlink's Power Producer 2 Gold installed. I got the software when I purchased my LG DVD burner. I want to use it to burn some of my kids TV shows on DVD for when we travel. I edited 4 episodes (25 min each) Got them to fit on the DVD format I have (DVD+R) After editing the videos and creating my menu I select the "burn" option and I get the screen display the writing progress. There is a message at the top of the window saying "writing in progress ..." but the progress bars don't move and even after letting it sit for 12 hours nothing happens. I check the software version on the CYBERLINK site and it is up to date and there is no mention of this problem in their site

Has anyone had and fixed this problem.

 

Have you burned any DVD with the brand of disk you are using? If not you may want to try a different brand of DVD+R and if that did not work go to http://www.gocyberlink.com/english/cs/support/1st.jsp?ProdId=15 There you can fill out a support form.
