Power Off Proggy

    I'm after a reliable Auto Power off / Shutdown proggy, that I can set a time etc, and will automatically close any active applications and shutdown my computer.
    Can anyone recommend one that is reliable and won't ***** up the computer or its settings in some way.

    I use a program called Windows Shutdown

    Works fine under WinXP. Never had any problems
