Power cut caused wireless internet problem

    After a power cut my pc would not reconnect to a wireless broadband connection but will with ethernet, then even that stopped working. Did a clean re install of windows seven then re installed norton internet security, will still not work and still showed error 651 conacted symantec they fixed problem with nis2011 internet worked for two days wireless now getting error 651 again at the moment i can connect using cable but how long this will last i don't know.
    ps three laptops use same connection and still work, all vista.

    the windows seven pc had been working wireless since 7 release up until power cut !



    any help will be much appreciated !

    And please tell us your Network setup. Wireless router? The problem could be the router/access point. If the unit is not damaged from the power surge then often a reset will cure things.
