Possible trojan/backdoor/virus [Windows7]

This is the hijack this file for my second computer. I'm running W7 on this one so dds would not run in any mode I attempted. I have run Spybot, Ad-Aware, Kaspersky W7 Beta and Kaspersky online all with no results. My hijack this logfile is below. I am having issues with some parts of the computer (IE no longer opens but hangs on open, Kaspersky issues with updates, when update fails, the program stops all protections.) I've had my World of Warcraft account hacked and am worried it was via a keylogger or similar but I have never visited any site that may have had malicious code, though you never truly know. Any and all help will be appreciated.
