Popups coming from everywhere!!! Something called happyxml.exe.

This is my first post on a help site, as this is the first time anything bad has happened (I must be really lucky).
Here's the story so far... I wanted to dowload a rather large file, but the normal dowload window can't resume the dowload (well it can, but not for me). I decided to get a free download manager. I searched for one and got DAP. Big mistake. Although they say they don't spy or do ads or whatever, I got pop upsevery time I searched for something. They looked like a speech bubble coming out of the clock on the start bar at the bottom of the screen. I uninstalled it, but the pop ups continued.

I have no idea what the last half is meant to be, but the only file that I didn't recognise to prior installation is happyxml.exe. I searched on your site for it and found it (exact same stuff happens to me!) however the instructions are goobly gook to me. Is it safe to delete? Please help me,

Hello.
Rescan with HJT, and put checkmarks next to these items.

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [agentsvr] C:\WINDOWS\system32\agentsvr.exe

Now click on 'Fix Checked'.
Reboot, and delete this file.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\agentsvr.exe

Please note that a file with this name also exists in the C:\Windows\Msagent folder, it is a good file and it is fine to leave it there.

Delete this folder.

C:\Program Files\Happy XML

Delete all files and folders located in these folders.
C:\Windows\Prefetch
C:\Windows\Temp
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp

Gobblygook? I thought I was pretty clear and simple on the other thread.
