Having an issue with 2 seperate email accounts and the issue is when I highlight certain messages in my inbox 2 pops come up wanting me to save a file and it shows a file name and a file path...this is getting to be more and more emails...I believe it has something to do with adding and removing firefox although I cannot seem to figure this out. I am just highlighting the email not even clicking or double clicking it....Please help if you have some ideas...this is annoying to say the least.

    Thank you very much...

I have a screenshot although I did not know how to attach it to this message.

    Have a great day.

Versions are always nice to know. What works in some versions don't work in others.

More information on the error details needed. You may also consider posting a screen shot on a site like http://www.imageshack.us/

Hi. I ended up imaging the laptop and this corrected the problem. I think it had something to do with when I loaded the firefox browser which started this issue but I am not sure.
Anyway I am not going to re-install it and that is for Sure !! Thanks for your assistance and time in this matter.
