   how do I get rid of the annoying pop up ads in Microsoft Money 2005?

   I am not familiar with MS Money (use Quicken), but I guess you see the pop ups when Money is on line?
   
   If using IE 6 make sure that the pop up blocker is on - Tools > Internet Options > Privacy or try the Google Toolbar - has an excellent pop up blocker.

   I use MS Money 2002. Go to Tools/Options/General tab. There is a check box for "Turn off sponsership and shopping links ". That may work.
