Outlook has an interface in it to connect and download from Hotmail.

You can also find a few mail hosting companies that can give you the same service if it is for your business. Likely though, they won't have the full features of a catch all spam directory, but you should be able to set up your own filtering mechanism if the hoster has that capability.

I have used Yahoo mail for some time, with their POP3 option. If you subsribe for about $10 a YEAR, they give you extra features. Their mail system seems quite fast and reliable. I have used it at home for about a year, and just set it up for 6 users at my business (on a "Business Standard" mail plan at $20/month). It's been good for us!
