Pop 3 on Outlook Express

    Just received a new computer and can't get Outlook Express to function correctly. It will send email but not receive email on Pop 3. I have double checked the settings (I duplicated what was working on my laptop), checked with the Gmail settings and it still doesn't cooperate.
