aquickjuan - Welcome to the Board :)

When you change the motherboard and processor and connect a drive already loaded with XP the new hardware will not be recognised and problems may occur. You need to boot from your install CD and make a repair of XP....

How to replace the motherboard on a computer that is running Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, or Windows 2000

BTW - please look around the BBS - posting in CAPS is not preferred and many folk will not read a post in capitals - too hard to read :)
