 IF I LEAVE MY LAP TOP EVEN JUST FOR A FEW MIN., WHEN I RETURN TO USE IT MY POINTER HAS FROZEN AND I HAVE TO SHUT IT OFF TO GET IT BACK. I AM WELL PROTECTED SO I DON'T THINK ITS THAT KIND OF ISSUE. IT DOES NOT DO THIS ALL THE TIME

Many devices in Device Manager have a power save feature. Try turning it off.

    Turning Off My Power Save

I Looked At The Power Save Options And I Have A Lot Of Things In There That I Don't Think I Should Fool With. There Is The Low Battery Alarm, and A Lot Of Other Things. I Have A Toshiba Lap Top And Had To Go Into That Management For Power Savings. Is It Safe To Turn Off Theses Things So My Pointer Won't Freeze?
    Thanks......
