I just purchased a single slot CompactFlash USB Reader/Writer from PNY and am having a problem knowing which driver to load. I can't find any reference in the documentation that has an explanation as to what each driver does. The choices are the CF driver or SM driver. I went to the PNY web site but got no help there.
    I am running with Win98se.

Russ: Followed your suggestion and came up with the same results, a window that requires a selection of either the CF driver for Win98 or SM driver for Win98. This is my problem I dont have a clue as to which driver to select. I guess I could fly blind and choose one and if that doesnt work try the other, but that makes me feel a little uneasy.

Russ: Ignore my post. The light just came on:eek: the selection CF stands for CompactFlash which is the type Reader I have. Problem solved. Thanks for you input.
