Resolved PM's on one forum website slow and duplicating.

    PM's on one forum website I am a member of are very very slow.

    other functions run normally, just the messaging is a problem.

    I have emptied the cache. same problem.

    It just stays in sending mode.

    But when I check "messages sent" in my account, it shows that multiple copies of the message are sent.

    And when a response is sent, it also comes in in several duplicate copies.

    Is this a problem of the site owner's software or am I being hacked for this particular website?

    I suggest you pose that problem to the website in question - if you do not have similar issues on WindowsBBS the fault clearly lies on that forum.
