    After installed LiveMail and restart my PC, i still unable to use livemail.
    i show " please wait while windows configures live mail "
    I using VISTA HOME . any clue?

    Bad download or install would be my guess. Uninstall it and then reinstall it.

    yup. i try asked microsoft helpline, same answer as your. already did. same problem. i still waiting for microsoft 4th email. i think there also can't slove. LOL. i surf abt this question. alot of them got this problem with vista.
    from net, this kind of problem already have seen last year . until now microsoft didn't update this problem???

    Nope. HUGE problems on Vista and no answer to the problems reported.

    microsoft helpdeck did reply to me and give all the step. Unable to work. Someone of the step cannot to done. example : ask me to offline and install the windows mail. whereby need to online then allow to install
