Please help, Can't right click and save image

Hi,
I always used to be able to right click and save image to whatever folder I wanted when I was sent emails with pictures in them.
I don't know what I've done, but now I can right click and tell it to save image but it won't do that, it says something about not being able to see where the image came from.... you guys will no what I mean, I am a computer blonde.

Lissy1--Is this happening with all images within Outlook Express emails? Or just one? Or just one sender?
Is the image sent as an attachment (it will show on the Attachment line)? (If not, it is being sent as an Insert.) If as an attachment, you should be able to save by right clicking on the Attachment line.
