    Hi,

I have run the latest versions of SpyBot and AdAware multiple times. I know that I am at least dealing with Popuppers, Ceres, Buddy, and IntelliTXT. I already deleted three entries for Popuppers using HiJackThis and deleted Buddy.exe from my Windows folder, thinking that would solve the problem, but the matter is more complicated than I expected. I've also installed IE-SypAd. Here's the HiJackThis log:

Disable System Restore, and reboot. This is important to do this as deleted files will reappear otherwise.

Close all internet browsers, and have all Windows Explorer windows closed. Rescan with HJT and remove these items.

Reboot into Safe Mode and set Windows Explorer Folder Options to Show All Files.
Delete all files in the folder C:\Windows\Prefetch, and all files and folders located in the Temp folders for all users.

    Delete these folders.

    C:\Program Files\jusearch
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsxsvc
C:\WINDOWS\system32\vmss << This one may not exist.

    Delete these files.

Thank you so much for your help! I have been surfing for awhile and don't see any immediate problems. IntelliTXT isn't Adware, correct? I followed all of your instructions, except this entry didn't exist:
    04 - HKLM\..\Run: [motoin] C:\WINDOWS\mm15201518.Stub.exe
    and these files didn't exist:
    Spooler32.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\ceres.dll

Here's the new log file, and again, thank you immensely!

IntelliText is adware, although a mild one. A quote from the Vibrant Media software site.
From what I gather, it isn't installed on your computer, it is on the website. It is another form of banner advertising, based on the content of the text on the page. When a google search is done, much the same happens except theirs are discretely to the right in text.

    From the above website:
Not sure if they do that.

Back to the log, except for one small thing, the log looks clean. Remove this.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [fzjxjxh] c:\windows\system32\fzjxjxh.exe

Get the Killbox, unzip to a folder, and run it. Paste in the following line.
    c:\windows\system32\fzjxjxh.exe
Select to Delete on Reboot, then click on the big white X in the red circle. Then reboot and it will be gone.
