    Hello,

It's been a while since I've been on here. Could someone please look at my log file and tell me if they see anything weird. Also, how do you go in and clean up your computer? I remember Noah told me to go into program files, prefetch or something and select all and delete all, he said I'd have to do it for each individual user on my computer. Can someone give me specific instructions for that again. Plus, is there any danger in using hotel wireless internet? I've been on the road for the last two nights using wireless internet and that's when my computer started acting weird. My tool bar at the bottom usually has one touch quick links (I don't know if that's what you call it) but they weren't there this morning.

Anyway, here is the log file, thanks in advance!!!

    Hi Gdogg6,

Nothing jumping out at me there. Sounds like you lost your Quick Launch bar. Right click the taskbar and choose Toolbars>Quick Launch.

For the most part, a hotel wireless connection would be secure enough if you're running a firewall and not sharing files.

Open C:\Temp if present, select all and delete.
Open C:\Windows\Temp, select all and delete.
Open C:\Windows\Prefetch, select all and delete.
Open C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\temp, select all and delete. Do this for all username folders. **You have to have hiddens files and folders set to view to see the Local Settings folder.
Open the control panel, then internet options and delete the temporary internet files, checking the box for offline content.
Open My Computer, right click Local disk C: and choose properties, then disk cleanup. Check all boxes except compress old files and click OK.
