Playing movies on Windows player 11

    Why is it so slow? It seems to go very slow, and stops briefly, before the movie goes on again. Can anyone help me with this problem?

    Since no one else more knowledgeable than me has jumped in with suggestions (I don't use WMP 11.), here's a link to a Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) article that might apply to you.

    Click on the Microsoft KB link above for Microsoft's suggested resolution options.

    It's probably best to access Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) articles with Internet Explorer. I have found other web browsers (such as Firefox) have trouble rendering Microsoft KB web pages properly. (Microsoft KB pages often do not fully display in Firefox.)

    Here's an additional Microsoft link that might help steer you in the right direction.
