playing flash background sound FPage

Using Frontpage 2002 I have a main webpage called index.htm.
Using "page properties" I have added a link to a flash.htm
Do I now add a "web component>advanced controls >plug in "
of some type of flash plug in ?
What plugin do I use and where do I obtain it.
I assume that I would download the flash plugin and then in the field "data source" enter the location of the flash plugin file on my hard drive ?
