pinged to death

Anybody else getting pinged to death, I've had over 1500 pings in the last few hours ???

The destination and source are both port 0
The transport is..... ICMP (type:8/subtype:0)

It's a customer or customers of this ISP http://dekalb.net
Email their customer support with a copy of the log, and complain.
If they're ethical at all, they'll trace that customer, and suspend their account.
