When I try to download a picture from my e-mails it comes up as a blank gray sceen with no picture. The only way I can actually see the picture is to right click on the attachment and click on quick view to see the picture and then I am unable to print it out. Any ideas or tips? Thank you!

What is your default picture viewer? What OS? What OE version?

Mark Fleming--Are these pictures that are sent as attachments or as Inserts in the email message?
If attachments, what file type is indicated (e.g., .bmp, .jpg, or?)?
(Normally OE will show the image in the message whether sent as attachment or Insert if the image is of .bmp, .jpg or .gif file type and you have checked the box "Send Pictures with messages" in the OE Tools|Options|Send tab|HTML Settings window. You might want to look at that. I know that seems to apply only sending pictures, but in typical MS fashion it affects receiving pictures also.)
