Photodeluxe

Windows 98. My Photodeluxe is freezing up at the Mode portion. This is never happened before. How can I determine where the problem is. Also, the test scanis working and all ports and plug ins are corrrect.

 

Although Adobe no longer sells Photodeluxe, they do still maintain this support site. Maybe you can find the answer there.

Everyone here is very helpful. You have posted a version of this problem about 3times on 3different boards. Stick with one board and one issue, and give the board time to work, and try the solutions presented and post your results. It gives everyone an opportunity to see what you have done and what has developed. I ask you to do a full virus scan, and Brett gave you some links for your post on Win98 board. You did not respond to that post, but elected to post again on this board. We are all here to help and learn...
