I keep getting the same message and it appears on screen at random, even as I am writing this. I have to keep cancelling it.
The message is 'Please wait while Windows configures Photo Gallery'
Then a message 'The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM, insert the Photo Gallery disk and click OK'.
I havn't got this disk and do not want to load Photo Gallery. How can I get rid of this message?
My operating system is XP home.

Thanks Zander. I hadn't realised that this was a HP program trying to load, so I just used the original program disc to reload the software and so far, it all looks as if it is behaving itself.
    Thanks again.
