Hi Folks, I use Windows Mail and my browser is Firefox (I do not use IE).

When I get legitimate e-mails from Bank of America about my account I see them for a split second then the phishing filter gets rid of them.

    1. How do I fix this?

    2. Are those e-mails someplace I can retrieve them?

    Responses greatly appreciated.

    Thanks, Danii

Try putting the e-mail address the mail is coming from in your address book. Some organizations require that in order to circumvent the phishing filter. Is there a setting in the filter that you can put the B of A address in so it knows it's a safe addy?

The Phishing filter does not delete anything, at least not by default.

They would have been moved to the Junk e-mail folder.

    re

Of course I would have done all idiot proof things like making sure B of A is on my safe list and in address book.. contacts etc.

It still does this...........and does not move it to junk mail.... it just seemingly disappears from Mail after I click on mail icon to open mail I see it for two seconds then its gone.

I did find it however when I typed in B of A in windows start search...so it is somewhere.

That's even more easy: Select View > Current View and select Messages instead of Unread Messages in This Folder.
