Personal Toolbar, NS7.02, sillyDog Streamline

    Can't remove items from my Personal toolbar, e.g., Radio, Netscape, Search, Bookmarks.

    Prefer a "lean, mean, machine ". Going to Edit, Preferences, Navigator reveals these items as unchecked but still they insist on cluttering up my screen! Yuk.

    Something to do with prefs.js?

    Hi GPaDavis

    At times Netscape has a stubborn streak. Go back to selection screen and "tick" ALL choices (enabled). Close preferences, close Netscape, reload Netscape, go back to preferences and now "untick" edit out any choice you do NOT want. OK out of preferences, hopefully settings took. If not close/reload Netscape, hopefully now settings took. If not, try the same process again. Post back.

    Fixed it!

    Don't understand it, but kept huntin' and peckin' and discovered had to check all the options under Edit, Preferences, Navigator, Click OK.

    Following this with calling up same window, and deselecting all but Mail and Home and it worked!!

    Curiouser and curiouser.:)
