Persisting old ISP logo

    Several years ago I signed up with an ISP (Xtra) and used their set-up CD.
    I have recently changed ISP (to Telstra Clear) which is all working fine with one small glitch; the old ISP logo for Xtra (an animated "X" which rotates in the top right hand side of the screen when downloading email or searching the internet) persists. How can I get rid of this???
