Permissions on an external HD attached to a server

    I have data currently stored on a Windows Server 2008 Standard file server which I'd like to hive off to an external Hard Drive. Attaching the HD to the server I find that on Permissions the current setting is Everyone with Full Permissions.

    What's the recommendation to change this to so that only certain groups can access the data and having done that what do I need to do with the Everyone Group please?
