When I insert my USB flash drive, and if my removable USB Iomega drive is off, the flash drive assumes the Iomega's drive letter. When the Iomega is turned on, any shortcuts I have to the Iomega do not work and I have to correct them. Is there a method to assign a drive letter in a permanent manner? Thank you.

    Hi NeverBoring!

Connect the USB Iomega drive and turn it on.

On the desktop, right-click on the "My computer "-icon > Manage > Disk management > right-click on the Iomega drive > find the option to change the drive letter > choose the drive letter you want.

    Insert the USB flash drive.

    Repeat the procedure.

Now, both should be given its own drive letter when connected/inserted.
