pendrive scanning

hello,

I've installed an Avast Antivirus ,Spyware Blaster,Spyware S&D and MBAM on my system.

should I scan the PENDRIVE(or any other external device attached to the computer when brought from somewher else) with all the above mentioned softwares before using it or just scanning with only one say(Avast) and remove the found Viruses and avoid scan with others(i.e Spywareblaster, MBAM & Spyware S&D).

SpywareBlaster does not scan. Scan with the other three programs to see if there are any infected files. Never trust a thumbdrive, CD/DVD, external hard drive or floppy to be free of malware.
