Want to install a PCI USB 2.0 card in my computer, but my mother board has two USB connections, I believe 1.0, on it. Should I disable the USB hub and controller hardware profiles before I install the new USB 2.0 card?

    Thanks,

    Marvin

Marvin. I didn't! I added a card (USB 2.0) leaving the 1.1 there. Had four spaces to connect on 1.1. Now have 4 on 2.0 You will have plenty of room for just about anything. No need to use the 2.0 unless something calls for it.
