I am currently running win 2000, when I plug in my ethernet cable and modem to the network card my PC reboots itself. I have already replaced the network card and the problem still continues. I also tired using the USB and the same problem. Can someone help??

Check "Power Management" features in BIOS and OS settings for any "Power Up / Boot" features. My personnel feelings to Power Management, disable all features.
