PC Cannot Find My Printers

Hello guys and gals,

Strange thing happened today, I went to print something and the display did not show any of my printers. I selected "Find Printers" and got this message.

"The Active Directory Domain Service is Currently Unavailable ".

Anyone have any ideas why? I just printed a few things a while back with no problems.

Hi, do you have anything shown in Start > Control Panel > Devices and Printers? Neil.

 

Yes, I can see the printers in control panel/printers and devices.

 

Yes, I will take a look at that link. Makes me nervous but I can follow instruction.

 

Just remember to make sure after you follow Evan's advice that the Printer you want to use is marked as Default. Neil.

 

Thanks everyone. All I needed to do was reinstall the software for both printers. Why, I don't know but both printers work now.
