    But look on the bright side - perhaps people will stop using PayPal.

    PayPal is on my list (headed by RealPlayer) of Internet services that are a pain in the rear, but difficult to avoid.

    Gives you an idea of what operating systems are still being used, maybe. If memory serves me correct, IE3 was about the time of Win 3.x, and IE4 with Win95.
