OK, I set up the e-mail account and entered my User Name and Password as requested. I also checked the box "Remember password." The password stays in the box after I click apply and appears to be set. However, when I logon to the mail server I must enter the password. The password box is blank, but the remember password box is still checked. I have removed and entered this information a dozon or more times but get the same results each time. Anyone have any suggestion.? I hate using a password for my e-mail.

    Bob  :

Thank you for the note...but if we keep it on the boards, others can hop in and helpt..or learn, whichever the case may be.
    Are you using the Administrator?
    *Edit*
Actually, once you see the software key...keep looking down the list for "Microsoft "

No problem. I did find the storage key. I was just looking down the wrong column. I deleted the information and re-entered my password in Outlook Express and I am now back in no password busy. Your referral was right on spot. I should have thought of looking there. Again, thanks for the help.

    Bob;)
