password/open email

    Having problems getting !won Prize Machine. Says I have to install ActiveX Control, even though I have been playing it for several years.

    manuelmoreno - Welcome to the Board :)

    Have you changed your version of IE recently? - this is a possible cause. Another is that the coding of the web site has been changed.
    Is the control offered for installation?

    In IE check under Tools > Internet Options > Security - Internet > Custom Level and check the settings unser ActiveX Controls and plugins.

    Ideally you should set up IE as outlined in Surf Safely and add Prize Machine to the Trusted Zone - if you trust it :D
