What OS? What PM version? Has it ever worked on this PC?

    XP Pro - VAIO Notebook
    PM ver 7

Worked great the first time I used it last night. I resized the C drive after deleating some linux partitions. I was trying to redo the D drive when the trouble started. :(

mojo13, I've been researching this since I first read it, and finally did find this, but not sure if this is what you're expecting for a solution.

I'm using Power Quests version of PM 8.0 and I'm not experiencing your problem.
Also do you have the Manual which list the error codes...(I believe it's on the CD at least for v8.0 it is.)

I am using version 7 and never had a problem with it before.

I just ordered version 8 to see if it will correct the problem.

mojo13, Thanks for the comeback. I know what you mean, but like I said that's all I found after an very extensive search.
Just to let you know that my version is the Power Quest version 8.0.

What is the difference between Symantec's and Power Quest's? I thought Symantec bought them out.

I don't have any solid info on Symantec's version of PM or what if any changes were done. All I was trying to point out was that mine was the version before Symantec bought them out. Sorry if it appeared I was trying to mislead, it was not my intention.
