    Hi

I'm asking this on behalf of my niece . She set her laptop with the Parental Controls "ON" , setting time limits for her sister & brother but they can just reset the clock time in order to prolong their time . Is there a way that the clock can be locked even from the control panel ?

Well, in my opinion, when it gets that far, it is time to play the NO COMPUTER TIME for them. That or a belt to their backside one time and if that don't do it, then it is NO COMPUTER TIME for them.

Most of these kids now a days know more about this stuff then we do.

They should not have administrator privliges, standard users can't reset the clock. Be sure to tell your niece to set a BIOS password as well or the wee scoundrels will probably just start changing it in there.
