    Hi all,

I run Outlook 2003. All of a sudden, whenever I go to send another e mail or reply to an email, I have a funny character all over the page.It looks like the letters L and P(back to front) together.I have tried to copy and paste one here but it wont let me so this discription is the best you are gonna get! Also when I write the e mail, it puts dots where the spaces are. I have tried for many hours to find the button to turn this off and cant do it. Please help.

It sounds like the paragraph and spacing marks MS Word has. If you're using Word as your email editor, open Word, find the button on the toolbar that looks like the symbol you describe (it's a paragraph mark, the dots indicate spaces), and click it to toggle it off.

See if that fixes things over in Outlook.

Nope!! we are getting some where as it is the P and S marks however it was already turned off in word. Have tried to to turn off using word as the e mail editor but I have a signature which has a lot of hyperlinks on it and these do not show when I turn off word editor.
