Panic

Ok, so I did what you told me and I think I ******* something up.
I neglected to make a boot-disk and now I can't get the computer to read from the D drive.

I may need you to talk me through this very simply, my knowledge of DOS is so scanty that I don't know if I've ******* up or I'm just so ignorant with dos that I don't know what I'm doing anyway.

is there any way that I can get a boot disk from an outside source?
or do I even need one

help me out please, I am really starting to panic.
I need my computer back

Your bootdisk can be found here plus lot's of links you may find useful, from "Install How-to's ", to "install errors ".

Be sure to test any bootdisk you make. Make sure it works, as expected, before you need it.
