    Hello
After making a purchase on eBay I attempted to pay through PayPal. I opened the PayPal home page but could not log in. I keep getting the dreaded "page cannot be displayed" message. I tried repeatedly throughout the day thinking it might be the PayPal server. After 2 days of trying at home I logged in on my work computer with no problem.
I can access any other website with no problem. The PayPal login page is a no-go.
Is it my computer, My ISP or what? I have run SpyBot and Adaware.
    I am running W2k Pro, IE5
    PIII 700mhz with 640mb
    Zone Alarm & AVG

    Here's my HJT Logfile

The HJT log looks clean. I do suggest that if you need to run it, you get the latest version though. No need now but good to keep that app up to date.

Almost certainly a browser or ISP issue. I'm moving this to the IE/OE section.

Try dumping your TIFs, cookies, and history. If no luck with that, get the IP address for the page (next time you are at work) and try using it from home. If it works, call your ISP and tell them they have a broken DNS entry so they can delete it and have it replaced by a good one next time someone surfs to the page.

    Thanks Newt..
The problem ended up being with my ISP afterall. I called to alert them and they fixed it
