Just read what is required in there to check your computer. There is NO one program that will cure everything. If there was, somebody would be really rich.

Evan, I have Windows Vista, SP2. It doesn't seem to happen when I use Google, the only other browser I use besides IE. It's been happening for a while, it's just gotten worst so I'm noticing it moreso in the past week or so. How do I determine if I want to use the System Restore utility together with existing restore points, since I can permanently delete all restore points if I click 'Disable All'? Can a clean boot still be performed? Pease answer asap!
Also, Thank you for your suggestionsl I also received suggestions from others as well. However, I am working on a current issue that I posted on the same date in another forum (Malware) & must complete that action before I can address this one.

Bill, where do I find these; in each one I should figure it out for myself, is that correct?

    Go here. http://www.windowsbbs.com/malware-virus-removal/
read the announcement. Follow the directions there. Broni will help you and he is good at what he does.

You can look at a couple of the other threads in there.

Performing a clean boot does not remove your System Restore points. So yes you can still perform a clean boot without affecting System Restore. But as Arie suggested, I would get your computer checked for any malware infections before we troubleshoot your problem further.

There is no need to make 3 different post with the same thing in it. When you posted the first post to me at 3:00, everybody that has posted in this thread got a notification of it unless they didn't subscribe to this thread when they posted.

Apologies accepted. The reason I said this is that it just makes more threads to go thru and look to see if we can help somebody.

I'm reading that you have Posted your problem in another Forum?

If that Forum is not WindowsBBS, it would pay to complete guidance from that Forum first, as you may get yourself completely confused with all the suggestions being put forward. Neil.
