    Hi, kush0. :) I have several questions for which the answers may be helpful in resolving your issue.

    Have you been successfully using P2P before and this issue suddenly started occurring or is this the first time you installed and tried to use P2P applications?

    If you have successfully been using P2P with the computer before, then have you tried restarting your computer to see if P2P access is restored?

    If you have successfully been using P2P with the computer before, can you recall any changes you made to your computer immediately before the P2P access was lost? If so, then perhaps you can reverse those changes to restore P2P access.

    If you have successfully been using P2P with the computer before and the problem recently started occurring, then have you tried using System Restore to revert your computer to a date immediately before the P2P access was lost (if your operating system uses System Restore)?
    • Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
    ==========

    Peer-to-Peer (P2P) networking is well known for opening up possible vectors for malware infestation. Therefore, since you indicated you are a "BEGINNER ", I suggest you uninstall all P2P file sharing programs at least until you have educated yourself thoroughly about computer security, especially in regards to P2P. ;)

    Have you scanned your computer for malware?
    If you find malware in your computer, then please follow the instructions in this link and start a thread in our Removing Spyware & Viruses forum. Please post details about what you have already done regarding that malware.
    • Include a descriptive title for your thread.
    • Include details about which malware was found/cleaned by which scanner.
    • Include your HijackThis log freshly produced after malware scanning/cleaning and restarting your computer.
      • CAUTION: DO NOT have HijackThis "fix" anything without carefully following expert guidance. Otherwise, you might render your computer unstable or even unbootable.
    • Include your Deckard's System Scanner log (if applicable to your operating system) freshly produced after malware scanning/cleaning and restarting your computer.
    ==========

    If you find malware in your computer, then you can probably disregard the following questions (for now anyway).

    What operating system are you using?
    • If I recall correctly, Microsoft released a patch a year or so ago for Windows XP (available by Microsoft Updates/Windows Updates) that is necessary for P2P functionaliy.
    Are you using a router? If so, then what is the brand and model number of the router?

    Are you using firewall? If so, then which firewall and version are you using? Have you configured the firewall for P2P Internet access?
