outlook you have new mail icon

    My coworker gets a pop up that says you have new mail, do you want to read it now. My outlook puts an icon in the bottom right hand corner.

    Does anyone know how I can change it?

    Everything is under Tools->Options.....

    Tools->Options->Preferences tab->E-Mail Options->Advanced E-mail Options
